Project baking - Pineapple tarts via Airfryer



Ingredients 
125g SCS unsalted butter 
400g multipurpose flour for baking
40g corn flour
Sugar. Up to individual gauge. 40g
2 egg yolks

1 egg yolk for egg wash
I packet of pineapple filling from phoon huat (sweet/sour)

Bake 175 degree 10 mins in airfryer
