Snow-Skin Mooncake
Ingredients
1kg lotus paste
Dried strawberry
225g fried glutinous flour (Kou Fien)
225g Crisco
150g icing sugar
Water agar agar (To get the colour for the skin, it can be other colours too)
* Fm any bakery store
* This can make around 35-40 mini mooncakes, so can reduce if you want lesser.
