You would never expect the derelict upper serangoon estates to house an entire cluster of eateries and bars, but that's what we found in the midst of kovan. This Japanese BBQ restaurant is quite rustic, and in a sense quite authentic.
The prices are really reasonable, from $5-10 per plate of meat, and the fat in the meat is layered perfectly. Yum yum.
